Retreat deposits are non-refundable unless the retreat is cancelled by Stand Unshaken
Payment beyond the deposit can be refunded up to 8 weeks prior to the retreat
No refund will be offered within 8 weeks of the retreat unless the spot is able to be filled in which case any payment beyond the deposit will be refunded.
