Hi friend! I’m Denika, and I’m a certified yoga teacher, life coach, retreat leader and the founder of Stand Unshaken!
I created the Bloom Series to help you see how a Christian yoga practice can help you connect with the Lord and learn to love the person He created you to be by cultivating body positivity & self-compassion.
