Hi friend! Denika, one of our instructors and the founder of Stand Unshaken, will be leading you through this 5-Day Bloom Series.

We created the Bloom Series to help you see how a Christian yoga practice can help you connect with the Lord and learn to love the person He created you to be by cultivating self-compassion & a positive relationship with your body.

In this series (which runs 3/16-3/20) you’ll get:

  • 4 Christian yoga practices

  • 1 biblical meditation

  • daily devotionals with scripture & encouragement

  • practical tips to help you honor and care for your body
