Hi friend! I’m Denika, and I’m a certified yoga teacher, life coach, retreat leader and the founder of Stand Unshaken!

I created the 3 Day Intro to Yoga series for women like you (and me!) who are longing to say good-bye to stress and start living each day with more peace and energy by connecting with God through movement and meditation.

In this series you’ll get:

  • 1 standard flow practice

  • 1 yoga sculpt practice

  • 1 slow flow practice
